HOA Information

The Island at Springs Ranch is managed by Z & R Property Management. The dues for The Islands at Springs Ranch HOA are $225.00 per month. Dues are due on the first of the month and delinquent after the 10th day of each month. A coupon booklet & mailing labels will be sent to you the month after you close on your property. Make your check payable to Islands at Springs Ranch HOA and mail all payments to: Dept. L.B. (Islands at Springs Ranch HOA), P.O. Box 15749, Colo. Spgs. Co. 80935-5749.The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. All homes have attached garages and driveways for vehicle parking. No vehicle parking is allowed overnight on the streets of the Community. Board Meetings are normally held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00 AM at varying homes within the Community. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
